1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (“you”) and the European Biological Rhythms Society (“EBRS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the www.ebrs-online.org website as well as any related media forms or channels (collectively, the “Site”).
EBRS is registered as a scientific society based in Germany. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

EBRS, its officers, and members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EBRS and its representatives from any claims or liabilities arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
