Congress Venue

The EBRS 2025 will take place at the Audimax, located on the campus of the University of Lübeck, Mönkhofer Weg 239, 23562 Lübeck, Germany.

The Audimax is conveniently accessible from Lübeck city center via bus lines 9 and 1, stopping at “Technische Hochschule.” A weekly bus pass is included with your registration fee, making your travel seamless.

Banquet Venue

The banquet (Wednesday, August 27th at 19:00) will take place in Schuppen 9 on the riverside, a typical harbor warehouse in the historic industrial style. Schuppen 9 is easily accessible from Lübeck city center in 15 minutes by walk. Embed this map.

Travel to Lübeck

By Air

Hamburg Airport is approximately 60 km from Lübeck.

The direct subway line S1 departs every 10 minutes from Hamburg Airport (Terminal 1 underground) to Hamburg Main Railway Station (Hbf).
Travel time: 25 minutes.

By Train

From Hamburg Main Railway Station, take the RE train to Lübeck. Trains depart every 30 minutes.
Travel time: 45 minutes.

Tickets can be purchased at vending machines at the railway station. Select the “Schleswig-Holstein Tarif” and enter Lübeck as the destination.

For domestic travel within Germany, it is recommended to book tickets online through the Deutsche Bahn website.
